Put Together

The splicing surface should be cut flat and the angle should be precise to ensure that the two boards can fit tightly. Then, use specialized quartz stone splicing adhesive, mix it evenly according to the specified ratio, and apply it to the splicing surface. After the splicing is completed, it is necessary to fix it with a fixture for a period of time to allow the glue to fully cure. During the curing process, attention should be paid to avoiding external interference at the joints to prevent misalignment of the joints.

Sanding

When polishing quartz stone countertops, follow the order from coarse to fine, and use sandpaper or grinding discs of different mesh sizes for polishing in sequence. Use low mesh sizes (such as 80 mesh and 120 mesh) for rough grinding to remove rough layers and cutting marks on the surface of the stone; High mesh sizes (such as 800 mesh, 1500 mesh) are used for fine polishing to make the surface of the stone smooth like a mirror. During the polishing process, attention should also be paid to adding water for cooling to avoid burning or discoloration of the quartz surface caused by frictional heating. In addition, when polishing, apply even force to ensure that the flatness and glossiness of the entire countertop are consistent.

Cutting Plane

Due to the high hardness of quartz stone, a large amount of heat is generated during the cutting process, so it is necessary to continuously add water for cooling to prevent problems such as edge breakage and cracking on the cutting surface due to high temperature. At the same time, the cutting speed should not be too fast and should be adjusted reasonably according to the specific situation of the equipment and quartz stone to avoid excessive wear of the cutting blade or damage to the stone

Maintenance

By implementing the following solutions and daily maintenance suggestions, we can effectively reduce issues with Saidian quartz stone during use, improve customer satisfaction, and extend product lifespan. If more detailed technical support is needed, it is recommended to contact the equipment supplier or professional maintenance team.

Heat-Resistant

Saidian quartz stone has excellent heat resistance and can generally withstand temperatures up to 300 ° C. But in use, it is still necessary to avoid prolonged exposure to heat sources to prevent color differences caused by local high temperatures, such as high-temperature pot bottoms.

Acid resistant and liquid resistant

Saidian quartz stone is compact and pore free, and the product can meet the needs of daily use. It is highly resistant to liquids and should be avoided from long-term contact. Including but not limited to tea stains, coffee, cosmetics, and other items that have chemical reactions (avoid contact with alkaline substances)

Scratch Resistance

Quartz stone is a very hard object, durable and scratch resistant, very suitable for kitchens. However, no object is indestructible, so we still recommend using a cutting board to avoid direct contact with sharp objects.

Clean

Saidian quartz stone is tightly packed and pore free, making it easy to remove stains. For daily cleaning, use a soft damp cloth. For stubborn oil stains, you can evenly sprinkle baking soda on the affected area and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the baking soda to fully absorb the oil stains. Then use a damp cloth to wipe vigorously, and the oil stains can be easily removed.
